01Read Module 1, then the Master Map

Foundations first (how peptides work, units, reconstitution, safety, the hierarchy). Then pick your goal and read the cards it points to.

02Clinician and Smart Buyer before buying

Collect the pre-checks of the protocol you are considering with a clinician, and score the vendor: no certificate of analysis for the lot, no order.

03Protocol Room, Calculator, Tracker

Choose the protocol, load its loadable components in the Calculator (single subcutaneous doses only), start the Tracker on day one, review at day 30.

The UU Life app

Calculator, 41 cards, 14 protocols, Master Map, Tracker, Smart Buyer, Glossary

Every reported dose with its provenance and 728 PubMed references you can open. Works on your phone and offline.

Install it: open it in Safari or Chrome, tap Share or the menu, then Add to Home Screen.

Good to know

Is this page my permanent access?

Yes. Bookmark it or add it to your home screen. New cards, new references and app updates land here at no extra cost.

Are the doses recommendations?

No. Every dose is reported with its source: a drug label, a study with its PMID, or the explicit tag that it is commonly cited in non-clinical use and not validated in trials. The decision belongs to you and a licensed clinician.

How do I verify a reference?

Every citation carries a PMID. Click it in the app or type pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/PMID in a browser. Chapter 2 of Module 1 teaches you to read the abstract in five minutes.

I bought an add-on (Stack Builder, Women's Protocol, Video Masterclass, Application Cards).

Your add-ons are listed in the same email with their own links. If one is missing, reply to the email and a person fixes it.

Do you recommend vendors?

No. Smart Buyer teaches you to vet any supplier: the certificate of analysis line by line, the ten red flags and a 100-point scorecard. Naming vendors would go stale in months and would turn an educational product into a referral; the method does not.

Why do some cards say no combination is documented?

Because none is, in the sources cited. Every card has an avoid list; synergies appear only where a study, a label or a consistent clinical use supports them.
